SInce yesterday I was logged out of my Plex app on my LG Smart TV running WebOS 3.8.0 When I try and link my account, it says it has been successful but then brings it back to the same sign in page.
Works fine on computer and mobile, NAS server is running fine.
I’ve had the same issue - had to log out earlier today, and now I cannot get back in. I seem to have the most recent version of the app (v3.84.1).
The generated code is accepted by the website, and the TV is listed as an authorized device on the plex.tv account page as well as my server’s UI. In fact, there is an authorized device icon for each log-in attempt / accepted code.
I tried XPlay and it’s also endlessly cycling between generating and accepting codes.
EDIT: Would the fact that XPlay doesn’t work either indicate an issue on the Plex company servers rather than the side of the app(s)?
The same issue with me. The other non plex app had this issue for many months now but the plex app just stopped after i had to sign out due to removing an old account from my home acount.
