Unable to start Plexconnect which runs on Ubuntu..... atv running on latest version of firmware. Can someone please help me.

You got to shut down your Ubuntu-DNSServer...
dnsmasq is disabled - rebooted server still not working :(
cat NetworkManager.conf
[main]
plugins=ifupdown,keyfile
#dns=dnsmasq

root@PlexMediaCenter:/etc/NetworkManager#
When access ATV trailers getting 'Trailers Unavailable' dns on ATV has been set to ip that plex connect runs on

Can’t see guide for ubuntu unsure how to setup with new ATV - generate a certificate for PlexConnect and aTV how you do this on Ubuntu?

The Linux one should help you. It also needs updating as it is now possible to install the certificate on your ATV by using PlexConnect and the ATV remote, see:

(make sure you read the whole thread).
Anyone able to help me getting this cert setup on ubuntu with ATV not sure how to go about doing it

Use the Mac Certificate Guide ( https://github.com/iBaa/PlexConnect/wiki/Install-Guide-Mac-Certificates ).
Do the "Create the Certificate" and "Add the Certificate to PlexConnect" sections and follow http://forums.plexapp.com/index.php/topic/82597-how-to-transfer-trailerscer-using-plexconnect-no-usb/ - keeping in mind, that PlexConnect is up to that task, no need to change to code any more.
So I create the cert on the server that plexconnect runs on ie Ubuntu or can I run these commands on mac then transfer cert over to ubuntu?

As far as I know: You can create it on one machine and transfer it... But then, I never tried.
