I recently just swapped out my Asus router for a mesh network (Samsung Connect Home). I got everything setup and working, but I’m running into an odd issue with Plex.
If I’m on a wired device (ex: LAN to smart TV) Plex works fine, with zero issues.
If I’m external (Android Phone, Plex Web App, etc), everything works fine, with zero issues.
If I’m on a wireless device within my own network (Android Phone, Plex Web, Chromecast), plex is unable to make a secure connection and is forcing me to use an indirect connection/relay.
I’ve setup port forwarding, my plex server says everything looks good, and I can access it externally. I’m not sure how to troubleshoot, as the new mesh network doesn’t offer much flexibility, aside from reserving IP addresses, setting a DNS server, and doing port forwarding.
PMS is setup on a Win 10 desktop. Version 1.13.2.5154
Appreciate any input/suggestions.
