"Unable to switch user"

On my Panasonic smart TV, I get the error “Unable to switch user - you haven’t accessed this user recently”. I am the account owner and main (‘crown’) user, and I accessed my account last night. My sole user, and a guest account, are able to be accessed fine.

I am definitely connected to my network and the internet fine.
