Unable To Update Movie Metadata

Player Version#: 3.63.1

For the last couple of days, I have been unable to update the metadata for any movies that I have added to my media server.

I have flushed the caches and updated to the latest version.

Both manual and scheduled metadata updates via library scans are not providing anything, no posters or movie ratings etc.

EDIT I am also unable to upload a movie poster by entering the image URL and hitting enter?!

Please help.

This now seems to have resolved itself. I have no idea how or why?

I have same problem and can’t figure out why.

Likewise. No posters, no descriptive text, no cast list, nothing. Just the name and a random still. Driving me nuts.
