I know I have read this in a few different posts, but I’m hoping to get some help as this is starting to get super frustrating!
Within the last month or so, anytime I add new movies or tv shows, the metadata does not refresh accordingly. The summary and information looks good, but the posters are not showing correctly, basically just showing a screenshot from the movie. If I go to change the poster, there is nothing else to choose from. I basically have to delete the Cache from within Plug-In Support, restart PMS and it will allow me to choose a different poster but that only works for a few days before I have to do it again.
It does NOT refresh automatically after I clear the cache, restart services and scan for metadata. I still have to choose the poster manually. For now, I’ve been saving posters from the web and manually changing them, but that’s getting to be too tedious. Not sure what could have happened!?
Just this morning, I did clear out the HTTPCookies within “Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Data/com.plexapp.system/HTTPCookies” and restarted PMS/refreshed metadata with no luck still.
PLEASE HELP!!!
