Unable to update to 64bit (fixed)

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Player Version#:

I’m trying to update to the 64 bit version of the Plex Media Server but running the installer errors out while trying to uninstall the 32 bit version with Error code: 2, Error message: The system cannot find the file specified.

When I go to uninstall, it shows 2 older versions of the server (alongside the current one) that I can’t uninstall due to them missing the package caches for both of them. As far as I know, I can’t retrieve those older files, but Windows still refuses to remove them.

I think the 64 bit installer is trying to uninstall one of those two instead of the working one, but it can’t uninstall them.

Edit: I found how to fix the problem. I had to go into a legacy version of the windows uninstaller and it prompted to remove them from the uninstaller. Removing those non-existent old versions caused the server to be able to upgrade.
