Lately I’ve not been able do remove entries for media I deleted.
In the ealier versions of Plex Media Server I could just click the red “unavailable” and delete the files. This option has disapeared. I emptied the trash can but I can’t get rid of this not existing title.
How do I remove it?
It disappears when you disable the ability to delete media under
Settings - Server - Library - ‘Allow media deletion’ - “Allow media deletion”
Take a look at the folder path of this item.
Does it point to a drive letter, or a network file share, or a library root folder that simply doesn’t exist anymore?
Thanks. It’s correct. I disable the ability to delete media.
I found that I have to make a complete library scan before the missing title disappear. I didn’t do that and that’s why it stucked.
I consider my problems solved.
