On all my Plex apps, phone, tablets, PS5 and TV all my movies are showing unavailable. When I go on the Plex server on my pc I’m able to play the movies. I checked that hard drive is mounted, it still has the same drive letter and that none of the shows have been deleted.
Are you playing them through the Plex web app or just using some native player on the PC?

Apps are on the same network. I also have the same issue with apps that are outside my network. Everything was working fine up to last night
I think figure what the issue was. I just switch server to a new PC and I think for some reason the system was running on the old pc. I connected the external hard drive back to the old computer and start up Plex server on that and everything came back up. I shut the old one back down and reconnected to new PC, everything working so far
