Logs: Plex Media Server Logs_2020-04-17_00-52-30.zip (3.6 MB)
I’m running unRaid 6.8.3 with the latest version of the official Plex Media Server docker. I have six libraries, five of them are working as expected. One of them, my movie library, is getting the “There was an unexpected error loading this library” message. If I click on the collections tab of my movie library, all of my collections are intact. When I click through them, some of them have the films visible, others say “unable to load items”. I’ve tried restarting the docker container, as well as the server itself multiple times. I’ve tried changing the volume mappings, and then changing them back. I’ve tried changing the folders for Plex to look at, but it won’t scan in the media, it just errors out. I also cannot get rid of folders (from the manage libraries tab), it spits out a “your changes could not be saved error”. I’m not sure what to look for in the logs, but is this library just shot? It has ~1500 items in it and I really don’t want to have to start it over from scratch.
Additionally my TV library, which is working fine when I click through to it, shows the “on deck” tab just fine within the library itself, but if I try adding it to the homepage it says “unreachable”, despite the server being available just fine, if I click through to the library that is. My content in all of my non-movies libraries is accessible on other devices, it just says unreachable on the home page.
Apologies for the rambling nature of this post, I’m just relatively new to a lot of this and I wanted to cover all the bases of what’s working/what isn’t. I can provide any additional info if needed.
