Hello,

 

I'm new user of plexconnect. I have a problem, can someone help me please ?

 

I have the latest Plexconnect 0.3.1+ with Python 2.7.5 and PMS(windows) 0.9.8.18.290

I have installed everything on Windows web server 2008 SP1

I have IIS, so I installed and configured everything for the redirection and my Plex connect is on port 9999. The certificate also seems correct. My firewall is off.

 

Now for the problem description:

 

In ATV3 I can click on trailers app, I see plex connect(the computer application reacts), it sees my PMS on settings section, I can even see the channels I have on my PMS(althrough no channel works on the ATV3), then when I click on library, the plex connect gives me the following error:

 

serving .xml /library/sections

------------------------------------------ plenty of exceptions

unknown url type: /local/library/sections

 

I hope I gave you enough information to help me, otherwise ask me more information.

loglevel = High and a full log up to the issue?

Did you update PlexConnect recently? All of it (esp. assets/templates/)?

From the log I can see /assets/templates/PlexConnect.xml is NOT the latest... that file got changed the day before yesterday (together with fitting changes in PlexAPI.py).

Please double check your download/version and make sure to have the /assets that go with the python code!

Holy cow!

I deleted all the files, redownload and suddently everything works perfectly :D

Even the channels are working, so happy!
