I need some help…I have two PlexPass dockers installed on two different unRAID servers. last night on one server I was moving the hosted appdata folder to the array from the cache in order to swap the cache drives for something smaller, on the other server i accidentally made the appdata move to the array as well all while plex was running on both systems…it appears there is some serious corruption now.
I have since moved the docker files completely back to the cache on the smaller server and the docker starts but i cannot access the webgui the logs are showing that its running just fine
for troubleshooting I have stopped the container and restored a 3 day old database from the /Plugin Support/Database folder
that wont work it seems
I can rebuild the small server easily as there is very little content and the libraries are small. my main concern is the big one…I have well in access of 2000 movies and over 600 Series of TV my shared users are complaining…I would like to fix it preferably without having to rebuild the libraries…
PLEASE HELP !
