Unraid Plex Media Server Docker disc activity every 2 seconds

Unraid version 6.8.3
Plex media server version 1.20.5.3600
Plex Web player Version 4.43.4

Plex is causing constant disk activity 24/7 every 2 seconds.

From the debug log it looks like there is a CURL query coming from the unraid server itself on localhost port 32400 doing a GET /identity this seems to coincide with the disk activity, but if I query this from my machine it doesnt cause additional disk activity.

Does anyone know if this is related or what is causing the activity?
Is there any way to change the interval of this or disable it completely?

Okay I seem to have fixed the issue by switching Unraid docker image to hotio/plex instead of plexinc/Plex Media Server.

What I also did was mount the media share as read only, not sure if that helped.

The strange disc activity has stopped.
