Unraid Plex server issues

Been using Plex for over 6 years now and did my first real server build. Now I’m having issues I’ve never had before.

  1. Anytime I open the plex app be in webui, phone, smart tv. It takes forever to load. I’m talking 1-2 minutes. Before it used to load near instantly. Less than 10 seconds.
  2. Any time I have subtitles turned on, it buffers like crazy and lags like no tomorrow. Without subtitles 4K plays smooth as butter at 100mbps+. I have tried both PGS and opensubtitles and get the same errors.

My current setup is Unraid version 6.9.2
Plexinc/pms docker
Ryzen 5950x
16GB DDR4 3200 ram
P2200 Quaddro with HW passthrough
Local network is set to allow direct play. Most of my video files are 4K .mkv format.

Any help is appreciated. I can pull logs if needed as long as I am directed as to what log you need.
