Can I get some help as to why all of the sudden these trailers are showing up in the Libraries on the iOS app? Did my child make a change on the app itself or is this on the server side? As far as I can tell I have all trailers disabled. I’ve done some searching and tried a few things but they are still there. Sometimes it says Upcoming Trailers or Upcoming Blu-Ray Trailers. I just don’t want them at all.
Same here! We have those trailers on AppleTV, and my child was as surprised than we were when they were shown on the child-account. This is not good.
Ya I’m shocked that I can’t figure how how to get rid of it. This is not something I want at all. I do not use the trailer features in Plex at all and I don’t want my kids being exposed to this kind of media.
Anyone else have this issue?

Yes that is one of the things I’ve tried. Just did it again to double check and no change.

Thanks. I’ll just have to monitor my child on plex until this can be resolved. Sausage Party doesn’t go well with kids movies.

No updates as of yet. Server or iOS app.
Hopefully this bug is fixed soon.
Sad to see that today’s iOS update did not do anything for this issue. I’m pretty sure this would be a server side issue, so hopefully we will see something soon.
Still no change. More and more posts are popping up about this issue.
Well there have been several updates since this thread started, but nothing has changed. I’m thinking this in not a concern of theirs and don’t see it as a priority.
Sad.
As of the latest PMS update for Plex Pass users, this “feature” has been removed (listed under “fixed”)
