Update Error - Directory not empty

I’ve been having this issue every time I try to update the Plex Server. It gives me the error “Unable rename /Applications/Plex Media Server.app to /Applications/Plex Media Server.app.bak and we where not allowed to copy details: Directory not empty”

Any help is appreciated!

Server Version#: 1.40.3.8555
