updated and now slow and error's

hi i have had plex for a long while now and have been here before, but i though , Hey get the old apple tv out that i aint used in a year or so.
so i updated plex media server, updated to python 2.7.9,
and did a full restart complete clean and fresh update. - yes even my .pem , .key, .cer
it worked nicely for a while then BAM!
ERROR’S error’s and even more error’s

i kinda know what im doing ( i believe i am ) but the only way to get it back to a fully working state is it restart pc, as this is a DNS error that is going though my pc.

edit:- http://prntscr.com/7thrb1 - looks like i have 2 server’s? or is this a new thing with plex?

You actually only have one (local?), the second is the plex.tv server used for authentication to MyPlex/PlexHome.

yeah 1 server locally, only. just strange the amount of errors i am getting also the DNS error
