Hi everyone,
I’m stumped. I think that PLEX was OK, then I updated and since then, I cannot playback any media on any device at all from any user.
It browses to media OK, plays the theme in the background, etc but when I click play it says either “Playback error - An error occurred loading items to play” (on a PC, web browsers, etc) or “Unable to play file” on a mobile device.
The error appears within milliseconds, far too fast for it to actually try to access anything.
Any ideas? (My logs are attached)
