Updating Drobo 5N to last Plex Server version?

Drobo ended support for their devices in 2023, hence Plex announced they’ll no longer offer support too.

Support is ending soon for Plex Media Server on Drobo

Beginning Plex Media Server version 1.41.7 (expected to be released Q2 of 2025), we will no longer offer new Plex Media Server packages for Drobo NAS devices. Drobo also ended support for their NAS devices in January 2023. While older versions of Plex Media Server may continue to run on these unsupported Drobo devices, new releases will not be available. Based on this announcement, the last supported version should be 1.41.6. I’m not quite sure where you might still find a copy of that…
Given the platform is no longer supported, it might be worth considering to move your PMS to another platform (potentially keeping the Drobo as a mere file server).
