Server Version#: 1.30.0
I have a QNAP TS-251+ with a Celeron J1900. Stuck on PMS version 1.30.0 and after doing some reading, it seems that it’s best to update to version 1.32.8 before updating further. If this is correct, can somebody direct me toward the correct packages? Thank you.
I’m begging here…can anybody help? I would very much like to get remote access back, but Plex’s own employees seem to advise against upgrading from 1.30.0 to the current build. I don’t want to rebuild playlists that are chronologically ordered with years of kid activities. Thanks!
google your question. there is a github that has all the old packages.
You should post your debug logs if your Remote Access isn’t working just upgrading the version isn’t likely to fix it.
Regarding remote access issues…
Who is your ISP?
Do you know if they use CG-NAT addressing?
What is displayed in Settings → Remote Access?
Does it say Plex is available or unavailable outside your network?
If unavailable, does it mention Double-NAT?
