Plex Server not connecting anymore my QNAP TS-253A

Plex Server : 1.18.0.1913-e5cc93306#:
Pley Wek : 4.10.1#:
Qnap : 4.4.1.1081#

Hi all of you, Hope someone will be able to help.

Yesterday I did an upgrade on my Qnap. All went OK. Then, as I do always, I checks my server’s application (bubbleUpnp, Media Streaming…, Plex)
I connect on Plex Server successfully (port (32400)). I notice an upgrade on Plex therefore I perform a manual installation as usual from hybrid Station.
Since no way to connect to Plex server from my Nas. If I connect to my Plex account, can see that Qnap server is inaccessible. Even worse, on my Plex account I can’t find any parameter regarding network and server. I follow Plex Guide and impossible to find back any parameter. Looks like I am really stuck. Great thanks to anyone having a clue on what’s going on !!!

Two things: downgrade worked.

I have tried the upgrade again and waited for 8 hours. I can now see some of my libraries, but they are extremely slow. Seems the upgrade is not going well.

Small update: after the upgrade and the wait, initial load of the libraries is slow. It seems to return to normal after that.

Update to that:
working are the IOS apps and PKC (plex kodi connect).

not working: plex app for mac and plex.tv, both claiming the server is unreachable.

I am going to downgrade again, since the plex media server is still consuming most of my CPU.

Well after few tries I finally downgrade my Qnap TS-253A from 4.4.1.1081 (October 5) to 4.4.1.1064 (September 18). All Went OK, Being able to reconnect to Plex server. Reinitiate my librairies. All is OK. Will issue a ticket to QNAP service support.
Thanks Guys for your help.
