Updating or reinstall on Asustor NAS since prior update no longer permits current update

I have tried to update from this version and something keeps preventing me from updating. I have tried both the Asustor automated and the manual ways of updating but I don’t know what or where to look for these. I run 3 different Plex servers. I have two separate Asustor NAS systems, This failure is on the AS6404T model. My AS5304T model is fine and continues to update and so does the Plex server on my power desktop (where my better graphics card is). Suggestions or pointers?
