Hardware Netgear ReadyNAS 316
Server Version#:1.16.5.1554
Hello, I’m trying to apply the update to PMS 1.18.2.2058 and I get an error code each time I attempt the update. When uploading the deb package to the NAS I get the following popup error with no detail.
22007100001
Any thoughts on this? Have there been any FAQs posted on this? Anyone else with this issue on the same NAS series?
No. Prior version was 1.16.? It’s no longer an active server so I hadn’t kept it current but figured I’d try when I saw your message. It also seem to update much quicker than I remember updates taken.
Looks like I’m out of luck on that. Plex doesn’t seem to offer the older versions for download. Google and the way back machine are not much help. Way back machine goes too far back.
I still have gotten no love in the upgrade. I have tried a couple of things that were not impactful enough to mention in the forum. Honestly, I think I might be a the point of backing up the DB and the config, doing a complete uninstall and try and load 1.18 from scratch. Is there a way to get support from the actual Plex folks if I have a lifetime license?
Doesn’t anyone have anything to offer on this thread? Anyone from Plex proper? Has anyone with a ReadyNAS 3xx been successful with this? I would even be willing to backup my DB and remove the app and reinstall the new version. I just want to hear of a success story first.
I wanted to take a second to close the loop on this thread. I continued to make attempts at updates as they came out. Last night I tried upgrading to the 1.19.1.x release that just came out and VIOLA!!! My PMS update installed successfully with no error or issue! Anyone else in this thread that was having issues should try this upgrade if you have not already.
and now we’re back where we started. It’s 6/14/2020 and I have just tried updating from PMS 1.19.1.2645 to 1.19.4.2935 and I’m right back to where I was again. I got one single update in the 1.19 range. Can I get any help with this? Plex guys, what’s going on here?
