Having just returned from a month in France and the UK, with lots of photos and videos on my camera, I thought I’d load them all into Plex. With uncanny timing, I saw the announcement that videos could be stored in the same library as photos just before I uploaded them into my folders and updated the library. Great I thought, I can put everything in a folder and step through photos and videos in chronological sequence without having to go back and forth all the time - which I’m sure is the use case for this feature.
Unfortunately when I browse to the photo library on our smart TV and step through them the videos don’t play. The thumbnails appear but that is all. Is this a bug or a feature, or an as yet unimplemented part of photo library support?
