Upgrading to plex pass - keeping settings

Hello

I am currently on free plex pass but paid for the app for my android phone. I’d like to buy a lifetime pass and change the google log in i have. Is there a way I can do this but keep all of my current metadata settings on my server and plex layout when I access the app on my tv for example.

If you’re asking if you can change your plex account to a different email, then yes. I have done exactly that. I accidentally bought my Pass on my secondary email and contacted the support about it, they fixed it quickly.

at prsent I am on a google account with the free version on my tv and laptop but would like to change it to antoher email address and buy the plex pass.
Did you just email them the new email address so they could switch accounts?

Yep that’s what I did. I’m sure you could even contact them before you purchase the Pass
