Hello I set my Plex Pass up on the wrong email address . I tried to edit my email address to change but it says it’s already in use. So basically two Plex accounts set up under two different emails. I believe it was slip of the fingers that caused this please help. I’m running a MyCloud server with 8tb of ram and would like to utilize with my Plex Pass but can’t! Please help!
Send a request with that form to the billing team and they should be able to help you. I would also remove your email address from this post as this is a public forum.

If you want to change the username, email address, or other information on the account, you can do that at any time on the Account page (https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/account) when signed in. Note that usernames and emails must be unique. So, if what you desire to use is already in use on another Plex account, you’ll first need to change the information on that other account to something else (to “free up” what you want to use).
I’m just confused on what should take place . A step by step way to do so would help.
- Open Plex Web (e.g. https://app.plex.tv/desktop).
- Go to
Settings→
- Select
Accountin the settings sidebar - Click
Editfor theEmail Addressoption and update your e-mail
Changing your email address will require your password – or if you have configured 2FA your respective verification code.
