I have been alittle away from plex but suddently my account is not working anymore
The username of the account is SkyGamer911
I discovered this when i made a new account in this name
I dont care for the account itself but i had to pay quite a bit, almost two months of hard work’s money into buying the lifetime plex pass. I really really need it now and i cant be without plex please help me do what you can
i can try to post the transsaction id of the payment

this is wwhat you sent me when i created the account. Unfourtantly i do not have any transaction ID ,that seems to be locked out …somehow idk

I had this problem before, the staff restored it on this website here … i figured it out from my email logs. But i can always send them a support mail too … but hopefully some staff see this and reply
