I know there is a app called Tablo , which seems is only usa and canada , is there or is there going to be a channel app that is able to use a tv tuner card in the media server . TIA

You spending more time will likely find more.

I keep seeing mention of Plex not supporting live streams though, so, your mileage may vary depending on server version and client type.
