I was wondering if it possible to use local music tags to fill in the REVIEW or add an album DESCIPTION for the Album?
Unfortunately not.
Yeah, there are no tags defined in the ID3 specification for reviews or album descriptions. There are some customizable tags that could be used that way, but the only way it would work is if everyone customized their tags in the exact same way, so Plex wouldn’t have to guess at it.
