On both of my android devices (Pixel 3 with Android 10 and Fire HD 10 with Fire OS 5) I’m not able to log in to my plex account using my email and passwort.
It works on the same android devices via plex.tv and on all other windows devices both web and windows client login are working. So it is not a credential problem and also my IP doesn’t seems to be blocked… On android I always get the same error message “Login failed, User could not be authenticated”.
I tried to login when I’m connected to local wifi and also via LTE on my phone.
If I skip registration my server is not showing up on android, even in the local network .

" For people having trouble. Try to go to device settings[1] on your server and delete all relevant clients. I deleted the computer that hosted my server as well as my PS4. Even changed my Plex password because of how fishy the whole situation was.
After this I opened the server from the local ip, in my case http://127.0.0.1 :PORTNUMBER, was asked to claim a discovered Plex server. This was progress. Then I tried logging on with the PS4 and boom, it managed sign in!"
