I got logged out of my Roku Express that was working just fine up until recently. Now when I try to log back in I keep getting the “user could not be authenticated” error. I have disabled 2FA, changed my password twice, restarted the Roku many times, removed the app from Roku and re-installed. Nothing has worked and I am unable to log in. Please help!!
