Unable to login from Roku Streaming Stick+

Hello,
Several of my Roku streaming sticks appeared to have updated their firmware and their Plex app this past weekend, resulting in the need to login to Plex from the app again.
But the login attempt from the Plex apps keep showing “user could not be authenticated”. My server has 2FA enabled, I’ve tried these different methods to login. None of them work. I’ve verified my username and pswd by logging in via web browser.

  1. placing the 2FA code at the end of my password
  2. Turned off 2FA, then tried to login with just password
  3. Used just the backup code

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7484
Player Version#: 7.7 v2

Roku Firmware: 12.0.0 build 4184-50

Hey if you didn’t see it, try jumping over to my post and sharing the logs the plex employee asked for. Sounds like they’re on to something promising.

So the latest verion 7.8 build 4 still exhibits the same behavior.
