Another alternative if you have multiple servers is to use the IP address for each server. Web will treat each of these as a different web site so if you turn of the option to sync the settings, you can customize each one to show the libraries for that specific server.
Good Idea just bookmark the Server locations to the toolbar and the main Server to Homepage.
I use a separate Browser to open the web app instead of Plex icon menu. Chrome in my case and use another Browser as my default Browser for general day tasks.

Found another problem. Playlists. Even though I am using the plex server IP address when I go to add a video to a playlist it defaults to another server. Each time I want to add a movie to a playlist I have to select the correct server from the pulldown list.
When I select “Playlists” from the sidebar I am shown the playlists from that other server. I see no way to access the playlists for the current server. So I can, with effort, add things to a specific servers’ playlist, but once added I can’t access it … ?
