Client Apps load for ages

I moved into a new apartment and needed a new router because I had to switch from cable to dsl. With that came DS-Lite and the problems I’m here about.
Yesterday I managed to get my provider to provide me with Dual-Stack aka. real IPv4. Remote Access works again but I still have the same problems.

The problem is that all clients (except web browser and one Android device) take ages to load in. It doesn’t matter if I had the app on sleep or it completely closed. It does not matter if I’m inside my home network (wifi / cable) or if I’m externally connecting. Same symptoms.
I start the app, the plex animation appears, that screen stays there for at least 10 seconds, then suddenly the home view is shown. My libraries are there but the watchlist has a orange triangle with an exclamation point (which disappears somewhat later). When I now click on eg. an episode to watch it opens that screen immediately but also shows the loading circle and some conent isn’t showing yet. Some seconds later it loaded the data. When I actually start playing content, it starts immediately and without any issues, even when I do the “play next item” thing at the end of the previous episode; it starts immediately. I guess it’s a purely metadata problem. Remember, when I use web client, everything works perfectly fine.

I already tried deleting the cache, no change. I also tried deleting the userdata, no change. On my phone I also deleted the app itself and reinstalled it from play store. no change.

Funny thing is: When I use my Android tablet, everything works as usual. All other clients don’t.

I’m so out of any clues what the root cause could be. Please help!
