Hello, I have a plex server with a Plex Pass and I share my server quite a bit with friends and relatives and I can no longer add new users (I am 102 myself included), this is it normal or not?
This is normal.
While I couldn’t find an official documentation, it’s been discussed a number of times. You can share with about 100 users… that is including members of a Plex Home (which is limited to 14 additional users on its own -> see the “limitations” section in the related support article).
