User not able to share (a movie/episode/album link)?

Hi,
I was reading this help article Single Item Shares and tried to share a movie.

For my own user, it is working fine,
but for other users on the same server the “share” item is not available.

I wonder why, because I want all users on my server to be able to share links.

My user, can share via web-app (via firefox browser), macos-app and iphone app (testflight version, though)

My test:
I log into my user account (flexplex) on app.plex.tv go to a movie/episode/album and select “share”. voilá.

I then log in as another user, doing the same and don’t see a “share” item.

my user:

my context menu:

my user has sharing item

other users context menu:

other user has no sharing item
other user has no sharing item825×606 156 KB

it does not matter, if those other users are plex pass or normal or admin users. no difference, it seems, my user is the only user which is able to share a link.

I’d like every user to be able to share.
How would I enable this?

You can’t. Only server owners can share. Users cannot.
