User profiles kept localy on server

So if the internet access is down you can still use plex and login to diffrent profiles. Now it is if the kid was the last login you can only login to the kids profile becuse there is no internet connection user profile have to be kept locally on server maybe not able to change or add new without internet but have to still work without internet

[Feature-Request] Built in local authentication server (prevent plex.tv outage)

I would like to see a local authentication server built into Plex that would perform a couple functions: Mirrors the functionality of plex.tv for authentication purposes. Replicates from Plex.tv only the account data needed for our own PMS server (main account and friends). This service should be locked down so it is not manageable locally, its only source of data should be official replication of applicable accounts from Plex.tv.
