Over the past few days, I’ve been getting this message regularly even though I have not been logging into Plex on a new device. I have not shared my libraries with anyone new either.
Is this a user name you don’t know?
I would recommend changing your password, and then checking the authorized users you have, and removing any you don’t know, or don’t approve.
The user name is my own. I also have an authenticator attached to my account. All authorized users are known to me.
If there’s nothing abnormal in your watch history, then perhaps a browser that you’ve used somewhere is attempting to re-authenticate each time it touches the server?
Wonder if this can be solved by removing the authorized device from the list and letting it attempt a clean login?
Nothing strange in my play history.
Odd thing is that, under authorized devices, the last Chrome login was 15 days ago.
Thanks. I’ll keep that in mind if the issue reappears, as it hasn’t occurred since I removed my authorized Chrome browser (I don’t even use Chrome anymore).
