Hi my wife created an account a little while back and has forgotten the password, we then wanted to reset the password, so we pressed “forgot” password to get a reset emal.
It has been a couple of days now and we have not received the email and if we try to login or create a new account it says “Username is already taken”.
what to do?

The account has been deleted.

The account has been restored now and the email should arrive shortly.
