Account reset e-mail not coming trough

Hello Team,

I’ve used plex.tv/reset for the e-mail adress associated to the user “janbushoff” but even though I tried 5 times, no e-mail is sent (or received). I checked my spam and everything.

Can you please reset my password?

Hi trumpy81, thanks for your reply. When I try to create a new account with username janbushoff and email janbushoff@me.com , it states that the username and e-mail are already in use. However when I try to receive a plex e-mail link it just doesn’t come trough.

I understood your instructions haha! But I think we have a small miss communication.

I cannot access my current account, hence the password reset e-mail I need. But that e-mail never arrives.

So I cannot log in, and click on my profile. I created a new profile to be able to recover my old one… so afterwards I will delete this. (work e-mail).

Does that make sense?

Go to https://plex.tv and then on the top right of screen click on My Account and then settings. Sign in if you are not already signed in, in order to see the My Account link.

Now you can make sure your email address is correct. You can also change your password there.

Thanks for your efforts and information. It is clear to me that my old account has been deleted (probably by myself) and that I will not be able to re-create it for some while (30 days)

I will keep on using my current account and enjoy Plex once more.
