Username - Cannot Locate Email

I have an old Plex username that I would still like to use, however, I am unable to login with it. When I try and reset my password, I am not receiving an email at any known email addresses that I have used in the past.

I do not know how else to locate the email address that I used with this username. When I try and change my username in an account that I have created with a KNOWN email address…I am not allowed it as it says that THAT username is already taken.

Please assist.

Unfortunately, not. I purchased Plex Pass and added it to my current account because I preferred the email address to be linked with it officially.
