Why is my email address still showing???

That link just took me the main home page for support. I don’t see anything on that page other than the original information I read and link to go to (https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/account). I went to that link and added a username. If I could attach a screen shot you would see that I have a username of MissionGirl. But that username isn’t showing here.
Oh wait!! It’s working now! No idea why it took a while. But, its working now Thanks for your attention!!
