can anyone else confirm that users don’t see any shared libraries anymore?
existing logins appear to work
but some of my users tried to relogin (because of the recent API outage)
and now they don’t see any content other than the native plex stuff
I confirmed it with my own user in a private window
and it does not even show my server
I’m not having any issues seeing servers shared with me. Have you tried restarting PMS?

that would be like the 25th time today
and, at this point, with the issues we have atm, there is no freaking way I’ll restart PMS again
and risk locking myself out of my server
people on reddit are also complaining, so yeah, if some users can’t watch for a couple of hours or days rn, I’m fine with that, as long as my admin user works

I’m not having any issues seeing servers shared with me. Have you tried restarting PMS?
have you tried to login in a private browser session?
to see if a new login session works too?
I can’t even see my own server in a new session

May I be of some assistance?
Would it be possible to get a manually created tar.gz of the Logs directory for me to review?
I tried from an incognito window and still working for me. If you want, share something with me and I’ll let you know if I can see it.

I’ve restarted the container and it did look like it locked me out, at first
but it “just” lost the startpage items, so I had to pin what I want again
and one user still could not see anything on their android TV
reinstalling the app fixed it, so maybe just a cache issue
thanks for your help and your work on the issues and outages even during the holidays
most of my users didn’t even notice anything
