Users lost their Initial Letter when choosing user at user prompt

why suddenly in the past few days my managed users lost the first Letter in their name when displaying selecting users screen ? it does this on plex web app, roku app, etc… i can’t seem to fig it out other than deleting and adding the users but then i’ll lose all the users past viewing data. see screenshot

I noticed the same issue. Only its mine (the owner) that’s gone and all my users are fine.
