Users PlexAmp casting

I’ve tried managed, home, regular library access users and only my owner account can cast to my headless PlexAmp Raspberry Pi. I have a plexpass, I was under the impression that any user using my server has PlexPass privileges but any non-home user has the ‘get a plex pass’ banner. Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding. Home users have the plex pass benefits minus casting abilities, which is weird. Even home users can’t see the RasPi to cast to. I’ve tried same WiFi, hardwired to the same vlan, separate vlan with rules to communicate. Am I missing something? Ideally I would prefer non-home access to cast without paying for yet another plex pass, is that possible?

I searched the forums, briefly and didn’t see this issue, apologies if it’s been posted before.

You can find other posts here, the issue is network, non-owners need to discover players vs UDP broadcast, so you need to make sure that is working on your network and you’re not double-NATTed.
