Q1 do you have a PIN on your admin plex account? Not that the user on the PS3 switched to you…

I have asked and was told this procedure should have been worked:

  • change to the managed user (by switching users in plex web )
  • delete the device from under Settings - Devices
  • switch back users to your own admin plex account
  • delete the managed user
  • restart Plex Server

Yes, I do have a pin on the “main” account. It has now stopped. Just signed everyone out like you said when I changed the password.
