Q1 do you have a PIN on your admin plex account? Not that the user on the PS3 switched to you…
I have asked and was told this procedure should have been worked:
- change to the managed user (by switching users in plex web
)
- delete the device from under Settings - Devices
- switch back users to your own admin plex account
- delete the managed user
- restart Plex Server

Yes, I do have a pin on the “main” account. It has now stopped. Just signed everyone out like you said when I changed the password.
