Using Android app to control Plex on Windows

Hello,
I used to use my Android Plex App as a remote controler for Plex Media that was playing on my Intel NUC.
Now I play Plex on a Windows Computer. I would like to pause for example a movie using an android app, but Plex app doesn’t seem to have a remote anymore.
Anyone knows here if there is a way to achieve that ?

Only Plex HTPC is remote-controllable now.

Thanks Otto for your answer. It’s too bad I used to love being able to chose the film on my phone and display and found it easy to cast it after that.

Maybe using something like chromecast ?
