Using LiveTV & DVR with Spectrum

I was trying to set up LiveTV with DVR however our CBS and Fox affiliates have low signal strength so that plan was abandoned.

I was looking into Spectrum Streaming service, is this compatible with Plex LiveTV & DVR and if so what equipment would I need?
