Using two Hauppauge Dual-HD tuner devices?

Hauppauge discontinued their USB Quad-HD tuner.

Will Plex support using two Dual HD tuner devices to record 3 or 4 OTA program simultaneously?

I know Hauppauge has a 4-tuner PCI card, but I’m limited to using USB.
