Various Artists frustration and suggestion

I know this topic has been beaten to death but I want to voice my frustrations with how Plex treats various artists in music libraries and maybe suggest a solution.

When I click a song from a various artists album and pick “go to artist” I get taken to Various Artists. No other music streaming service does this. They all bring me to the Artist performing the song which is exactly what should happen.

Can Plex use the Artist field instead of the Album Artist field in these cases? Various Artists shouldn’t be treated like an actual performing artist which is what Plex does now. There has to be some flexibility when dealing with compilations.

Also…looks like Library Radio leaves out all songs in Various Artist albums which doesn’t make any sense either. Various Artists solution has to be implemented somehow.
